Important Submission Dates
- Submit all required documents within 12 months of application date and adhere to the initial accreditation timeline.
Submit additional documents as requested by your FACT accreditation coordinator in the timeframe indicated in the request letter - Following receipt of the accreditation status letter and the inspection summary report submit the Bank’s response to all citations in the timeframe indicated in the accreditation status letter.
- Complete and submit the FACT interim accreditation report, provided by the FACT office.
- Submit the renewal application and requested documents at a minimum six months before expiration of accreditation and adhere to the renewal accreditation timeline.
